2024 St Paul's Newsletter - Term 4, Week 11

From the Principal
Good Afternoon Everyone,
This will be a quick one, just with some important information to share.
Congratulations to Indie, whose artwork made the Christmas Card for our Federal Member, Mr Aaron Violi. Aaron presented the card, a certificate and some new pencils to Indie at our assembly yesterday.
Below is a thank you letter from Open Door Community Care for all of the support the school has provided to this local charity this year. The school has raised almost $2,500 for those less fortunate in our community, a great effort for which Judy and her team are very grateful.
School begins with a 30-minute testing session on either Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th January. You can go to https://www.schoolinterviews.com.au/ and use the code 5seds. We will reshare a letter as a reminder later in January. Staff are back at school on Tuesday 28th January. The first full day for all students is Friday 31st January. Please keep checking the family calendar, which has been updated with events for 2025.
Everyone is invited to celebrate Christmas Mass, either Christmas Eve, with Carols beginning at 7.30pm, followed by mass with Fr Cruz, or on Christmas day at 11.00am again with Fr Cruz.
If anyone is interested over the break, we have a short survey from our architects for students and families, but we will reshare it again in the new year. They can be accessed at;
Students – https://u5ufbtvub9n.typeform.com/to/FyXApoVy
Parents – https://u5ufbtvub9n.typeform.com/to/Zw9ffkIR
If any families need any assistance during the holidays, please don’t hesitate to email or leave a message and we will endeavour to get back to you.
Finally, I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I hope that you get to celebrate with family and friends, and that the New Year is prosperous and enjoyable for all. Most importantly, I very much look forward to seeing everyone back safely, relaxed and ready to learn next year.
From a very grateful principal!
Nick

Thank you
